Shipping policy
Delivery charges (charges are based on the total weight of goods ordered.) Orders £50 and over to the UK are free. Orders £100 and over to Europe or the Rest of the World are free.
Orders are sent using either Royal Mail services or EVRI Shipping. We are trying to be environmentally conscious, and often use recycled packaging.
Customers in the EU receiving shipments will be liable to pay import duty and local tax charges on all parcels valued at €22 and over. These charges will be applied at the destination by the courier and must be paid before delivery. If these charges are not paid the parcel will get returned to Shakespeare North Playhouse and the goods will be refunded. Please note that as customs policies vary widely from country to country, we’d advise you to contact your local customs office for information.
Customs duties and import taxes for your order may vary from country to country. You are responsible for these charges and they are not included in shipping costs.
